Investigate blind investment amounts

It would be interesting to explore something like blinded investment amounts for investors. Some applications might not like disclosing who invested how much, rather they would like to reveal the net amount and distribute the funds to investors once the project is complete in a similar way. They would trust the platform but not trust the recipient or others who may be involved with the project.

An idea for this: A person could invest in a method not visible on the blockchain (say direct transfer to the bank account of the recipient ) and then receive assets in a blinded form on the blockchain. Due to Stellar's nature, we can't hide the amount but what we can do is send a random amount like 20001112.55666 and then send the other part off chain to the investor (or the recipient can invest an amount 1112 with a memo 20000000.55666 and we can use that. Primitive, but we're bound by what Stellar has to offer.
