Look to have continuous payments to investors and other entities

Right now, the investors are paid every billing interval (2 weeks / 1 month, etc). We could tweak the contract in such a way that continuous payments (as and when energy is generated, we stream the data to the platform and make a transaction) are enabled by default and users can configure billing interval payments if they want to.

This shouldn't be a major change but the frontend should have the relevant options ensure that the two options are well distinguished.
