InApp Localization not working for UCrop

BUG

Currently localization work only on device locale change not for InApp Locale change

User should be able to change app language inApp

Change InAppp Locale and open UCrop Activity. It will not change language

Current version is 2.2.6.

If it's not implemented yet then I wish to contribute to this implementation
