Allow multiple tasks to be done in single run

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe. You should be able to perform check and modstub tasks in the same run. Currently, you have to run twice.

Describe the solution you'd like Instead of:

$ scratchrelaxtv -c
$ scratchrelaxtv -m

It would be better if you could do:

$ scratchrelaxtv -cm
