Support ability to pass in a secure base and comboBase
For apps that need to support both SSL and non-SSL it would be useful to have the ability to customize the base and comboBase for YUI and all subsequent groups per request. I realize that express-yui is not in the business of per-request customization but I'd like to here your thoughts on what the right approach is for this.
One thought is to have generic middleware that plugs into express-yui that anyone can consume by passing in a simple map of SSL + non-SSL URLs for each group so the config can be customized per request. Another option I can think of is to augment the config clientside so loader will pull in modules from the right base. Thoughts?
