[feasibility] ZWave : remove OpenZwave dependency

There are two main things that make this issue important for the future:

  • OpenZWave is not well maintained and always dependent on third party developers.
  • the main contributor of this library do not participated anymore in the project.
  • ZWave become more opened (SDK provided)

The idea is to check if a ZWave plugin based on free sdk a realizable
