Occasional broken frames

Some frames on the 8K60 HLKZ video have a tearing-like effect in the bottom (pixels from a different frame are displayed). This could be an FFmpeg issue.

Possibly related: when capturing an engine restart some frames right after the restart can be either partly black, or partly green (when using OpenCL). This also needs to be investigated.
