TAS studio split and join sections of the script

Specifically split and join in a seamless way without creating new projects

• Save / load for the split, and bxt_autopause 1 + unpause to allow for movement to sync when joined back, and set shared seed to match expected seed before split to stop that from desyncing
• Could also let you do reset but well too bad the movement can't sync with this split cause no auto pause. Still would be great to have

And I guess it'll be up to the user to decide where it's safe to split since maybe it's impossible or overkill to detect such thing. Maybe as an additional feature in the future for when splitting?
