[Request] Port/something similar to SAR's Config+

SAR has a system called "Config+" which implements some new commands for conditional script logic. https://wiki.portal2.sr/SAR#Config.2B

While normal script already ""can"" have conditional logic, it results in huge scripts for even just 8 bit variables. This allows for more complex, and more importantly, faster scripts to create some cool things!

as the person who created config+: dear god please don't copy it. the ecosystem it's created is horrendous if you're gonna go this path just integrate Lua or something with some nice functions for running commands and stuff
