Feature request: view content of a collapsed cell

Currently the available options to view the content of a collapsed cell are:

• Line / word wrap (-S / -W)
• Manually adjusting column widths

Or people tend to press Enter to echo the cell but that will exit csvlens and is not the intended usage.

There might be better ways such as displaying the cell content in a pop-up window.
