Feature request: Each column rendered as different color

Love csvlens, now use it more than bat for viewing csv files. One nice feature from 'bat' is that each column is rendered in a different color, this makes it even easier to distinguish them. Not an urgent feature or anything, but could be nice as an option.

Interesting, I didn't know bat has this color rendering for columns. I think it's less pressing to have that in csvlens as the columns are already aligned, but it would be interesting to have that as an option.

I would appreciate if selected item color could be set other than light gray which is almost invisible. Yellow or Orange would be great in the new "color mode" :)

I would love to have this coloring option as well. That'd make this already great tool even greater.
