Suggestion: Make `--colorful` default

How do you all think about making --colorful on by default? I always run csvlens some.csv then realizes I need coloring. Not a strong opinion but just want to know how folks think!

I agree that it's the better default. In qsv, I set it up to be the default and made --monochrome an option.

I disagree. Monochrome is the better default. Color is way to noisy.

Thanks for raising this! My preference is to keep --colorful as an opt-in option for now.

It's mostly personal preference. I personally prefer a calmer look without too many colors. The alternative --no-color doesn't actually remove everything either. Highlights are still shown in color, but that's just me being a bit picky.

I can see why having colors on by default would be more convenient for a lot of folks. I'm planning to add support for a config file, and this feels like a good setting to include there.
