0.12 issue: in some charts its completely impossible to FC harmonies

in some charts (including official ones), voices 2 and 3 can have syllables placed between lines YARG does not work properly with this situation. when the line change is hit, progress meter is cut early leading to "good" or "okay" evaluations. this makes it impossible to achieve FC with voices 2 and 3 in harmonies

It's less that it's between lines, but that both lines share the note.

This currently has the added effect of making the bots not recognize the note for the start of the next phrase.

i took a screenshot exactly in the line change so that you can see what i mean

notice how voices 2 and 3 didnt fill up their meter completely? this is the issue i meant. line change makes the game count score immediately, before the note can end and before players could possibly get a "awesome" evaluation, making FC impossible
