Noticeable lag when hovering over courses

There seems to be a noticeable lag when hovering over courses. This can be observed by going to a department with a lot of classes and just scrolling up and down the page. Not much is currently known about what is causing this (at least to me) and it should be further investigated.

I believe this may already be fixed by @CerulanLumina Though the changes haven't been merged because it's being fixed by a revised selection service iirc
