Show courses as added when searching

Describe the bug When the search is looking for courses it always displays the "+" symbol instead of the "X" symbol that you get when you add a class.

To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Look up any class and add it to your schedule by clicking the "+", should switch to the "X"
2. Clear the search
3. Search the class up again
4. Notice the class has the "+" symbol again

Expected behavior Class should have the "X" symbol when searching it up again

Behavior also happens if you add a class in search, clear the search, and then do a department search and look at the class
