[Feature Request] Remember last monitor or allow to configure the default one

OS: macOS 13.1

I have an external monitor connected to my MacBook Pro. As it's much bigger than the built-in one, I prefer to view comics on it. But every time when I open a book from the library app, it opens the reader app and full screen it by default on the internal one. I have to un-fullscreen it, move to the external one, and fullscreen it again.

It would be great that the reader can remember the screen it was on the last time, and show itself by default on that one. Or allow the user to configure the default monitor to use.
