[Feature Request] Bulk Import

This is just to keep track of this request. Should be flagged as enhancement/improvement.

Basically, the iOS app (and probably Android app as well) should be able to import the entire library to bulk update all comics/manga. Additionally, I noticed that even if a volume/chapter exists on the device, it will still be imported and overwritten. Perhaps its an issue on my end, I am not sure.

If you think its unnecessary, please let me know and I will remove it.
