The Library application currently crops previews of the cover image to impose a particular, portrait-orientation aspect ratio. Comic pages are often in landscape orientation, but not always, and aspect ratios vary. A more flexible display scheme might allocate a square region for each cover preview and display the preview based on the actual aspect ratio of the cover image. This method is widely used by file-manager and image-manager applications.
