publish to open-vsx.org for VScodium

I just noticed that this Extension is not available when you use VScodium. Some users prefer VScodium instead of VScode.

It would be great if you could also publish to open-vsx.org see: https://github.com/VSCodium/vscodium/blob/master/DOCS.md#extensions-marketplace
