2GB input file limit in the ATRAC3 encoder

The psp_at3tool.exe file limits its input file size to 2GB. This limitation exists only on paper, and the software can work with bigger files. To remove that limit you can edit the file as follows:

Replace:
00001d79: 85 c0 0f 85 9d 00 00 00 f6
With:
00001d79: 85 c0 90 90 90 90 90 90 f6
