Is it possible to scroll by grabbing the scrollbar

It would be nice if it fully functions like a GUI scrollbar. Would it be possible to implement it? Similarly to minimap.vim

Sorry. No such plan. I've never used mouse control in vim. PR is welcome.

I'm not very experienced with git and nvim plugins. But I guess that for it to be possible it would have to be opened in a different buffer, like in a vertical split. Similar to the minimap

@ndavidpsi scrollview is the same thing as this plugin but the scrollbar is dragable with mouse.
