Dropbox Link for GUI not working?

Is there another link to the Windows GUI installation that we can use? The one on the page doesn't work.

Thanks for reporting the issue. It turns out that dropbox has changed their sharing policy and the link was broken. I've changed over to google drive, please try this link: https://drive.google.com/open?id=0B8wpnLHH0j1hTTM5cTE2TXg2b1k and let me know if you have any further issue.
