possibility of reinstalling a module

Hi,

It would be handy to be able to choose to re-install a module if module version number matches currently installed.

When installing a module, if for some reason the process doesn't go through (corrupt archive exception and such), module end up being not fully installed but register as installed in database. Therefore is not possible to re-installed the module/layout without changing module's version number.

I'm asking for the features because I encounter this issue several time while assuring support to customers. Especially with slow platform or platform containing hundreds of applications.
