Add Arabic language

I can translate/contribute in this app to Arabic, I know any one on the Earth can understand English, but I always would love to see Arabic in any untranslated app.

I will look into adding translations support if it doesn't add too much code complexity (strings are hardcoded right now and must be refactored). There are actually only a few strings to be translated if needed, the bootloader setup instructions, text field hints and the welcome screen. Text like Android™ should be kept as it is (they are trademarks) and the Android logo copyright info for legal reasons. The QEMU options like CPU/RAM also doesn't make sense to have translations, I think. Thanks for willing to contribute.
