Chanserv FREEZE Bug

When channelA is empty and you want to FREEZE it from channelB, after /chanserv freeze #channelA ON reason , Services got Disconnect from iIRC server. You have to join channelA and after that perform a command, or there should be at least 1 user in channel. Hopefully it will be fixed soon, thanks!
