Open Akhill2020 opened this issue 8 months ago • 1 comments

**Description: **When using a shortcode, there were problems obtaining the calendar ID; this took the page ID and caused problems. I resolved the issue by using $this to obtain the calendar ID. clickup: https://app.clickup.com/t/86cxe5vc0 QA & before/after: https://www.screenpresso.com/=tx6VYGCIojOv

Walkthrough

This update consists of minor code and documentation changes across several files. The changes include removing a local variable in favor of a class property to avoid reliance on global post context, initialization of a message variable before use, and updates to documentation and versioning. The package version is incremented, and a changelog entry is added to document a fix related to event display with OAuth authentication. No core logic, error handling, or control flow has been altered, and no public interfaces or exported entities have been changed.

Changes

Files/Paths Change Summary
includes/feeds/google.php Removed local $post_id assignment; replaced with $this->post_id usage in make_request().
includes/oauthhelper/oauth-service-actions.php Initialized $message variable before option deletion; minor whitespace adjustments.
package.json Incremented version from "3.5.0" to "3.5.1".
readme.txt Added changelog entry for version 3.5.1 describing fix for event display with OAuth enabled.

Poem

A hop, a skip, a whitespace tweak,
Version bumps and bugs we seek.
Events now show where once they hid,
OAuth and shortcodes, problems rid.
With paws on keys and ears upright,
This rabbit codes from day to night!
