Mutate parameters in visual noise editor

Module version: 2.1

Issue description: It would be nice to quickly experiment with various noise parameters through so called mutation where each parameter gets slightly modified to produce similar yet different result.

Possible features:

  • restrict mutation to nodes that are not locked
  • allow to set mutation amplitude for each parameter (?)
