Plugins/Screen Viewer Doesn't Work

Like the title says. When trying to load a plugin, it just doesn't work, and the application doesn't detect the switch when trying to use screen viewer with the setting set to true. It's probably something dumb that I'm not doing, but I don't know what. Any ideas?

Same problem here, enabled it multiple times in uLauncher. I launched the uViewer program as admin and without. changed cables and so on.
