[Suggestion] Touch Support Improvements

  1. Touch support for choosing an action in the quick menu
  2. Touch outside of quick menu area to close it
  3. Swiping to scroll through games and homebrew on the main menu

1 - pointless (quick menu is made to make things as simple as pressing 2-3 buttons, I highly doubt people would find that useful) 2 - this might be a good suggestion 3 - definitely something to be done
