[Suggestion] Toggle between 12h and 24h time with a setting

It would be nice if we could toggle between these two options. This is also potentially something that could be set by themes.

Also include the ability to manually set time and date as in the official FW please.

Another vote for adding the ability to change the time and date settings.

For whatever reason my time is out of sync and I have no way of fixing from within uLaunch.
