Feature request - disable menu & better settings menus

In my mind there are two essential features it needs to have , both are related ..

A). There needs to be access to the switch settings menu. I know that there are some settings you can toggle but these aren't enough. There isn't a way of pairing new/existing Bluetooth or joining a specific /new WiFi .

B) there needs to be a way to be able to easily disable the menu so you can reboot into normal switch menu. As it is I'm not even sure which file I'd need to rename or move so that I can temporarily do that so I can pair some new headphones. I don't have a usb cable with me so I can't boot into normal os to do this.

Settings cant be accessed if the original home menu isn't running as the settings section isn't actually an applet like the rest, its part of home menu itself
