"Panic Occurred while running Atmosphere" on boot after trying to open WiFi menu

My Switch really likes to disconnect from WiFi (started before I even started using CFW), and when going into settings to connect back, I select it, it freezes and throws the pretty error screen (the one that's blue, a bunch of codes, horizontal, etc.). I reboot, but when it just gets to the Switch logo, it throws a "Panic Occurred while running Atmosphere" error, no matter if I switch to Atmosphere, or stay on Kosmos.
