Feature Request- CreateShowDialog() with icons in the options instead of text

As per the title, Please can you add another function like CreateShowDialog() in ui_application.cpp, but for the options you can display a graphic(Icon) instead of rendering text. I know you would also need to add a function to ui_Dialog.cpp to accommodate this and it might be a pain.

This would be useful for showing country flags or another graphic in a Dialog instead of showing text.
