Bug reproduction
Just updated Atmosphere after the Firmware update. Re-used Lockpick_RCM 1.9.15. Went to download the game and DLC and update. I always get a KeyGenerationMismatch Error even though I JUST used Lockpick_RCM before this...

Same thing happens for me. Tried with NS-USBLoader v7.2 and Quark 1.1.0. Atmosphere crashes as well.
Firmware 20.5.0 and atmosphere 0.19.5. Tried booting both with hekate and fusee. Same issue still.
Seems to be an issue introduced in Goldleaf v1.1.1. Using Goldleaf v1.1.0 works as a workaround.
FWIW, I was running in to this for an NSP that was key version 20, but NSPs with key version 18 (and most likely lower) worked fine. Just in case it might be relevant, this was a split NSP (Goldleaf kept crashing trying to transfer over USB). NSP installed fine once I rolled back to 1.1.0.
