Did you update Quark as well?

I did update quark. The version number in quark after updating says 1.1.0.

I have same crash problem. The last Quark version is 1.1.0

Console firmware: 19.0.1 CFW with version: Atmosphere 1.9.1 Goldleaf version: 1.1.1

I encounter the same crash consistently. It can also occur as early as when selecting Remote PC via USB.

Console firmware: 19.0.1 CFW with version: Atmosphere 1.9.1 Goldleaf version: 1.1.1 Quark version: 1.1.0

Going back to Goldleaf 1.0.0 fixed it for me. Posted in this issue.

Thanks. I had the same error as OP on system firmware 20.1.0 using Goldleaf 1.1.1.

I went back to Goldleaf 1.0.0 and the Quark release at the time. Works for me now on Windows 10.

Yep, I just checked again and the problem still exists BUT it doesn't crash anymore. Neither the app nor the system. Instead the list in "Virtual" is staying empty as if it can't retreive it. My Mariko is running on firmware 18.1.0 (No reason to update yet) and the newest Atmosphere 1.9.4 included in the NX-Venom package 8.0.2.

+1, happens to me on certain two red plumber universe games wink wink, but rest of the games seem to install fine on 1.1.1. Console firmware: 20.5.0 CFW with version: Atmosphere 1.9.5 Goldleaf version: 1.1.1 Quark version: 1.1.0

Thanks for the recommendation to use 1.0.0, it does bypass the issue.

For anyone facing this issue, could you come to my Discord server https://discord.gg/3KpFyaH and try the last dev builds I post there?

Heya! I just downloaded and tested the 1.2.0 dev build and it works! Now NS-USBloader works again. No crash and installing games also seems to be successfull. There is just something new, I guess. At the end it is asking me if I want to delete the file. Does it mean to delete the nsp on the PC or just the list entry in NS-USBloader? I clicked cancel, because I was not sure.

I tried again with 1.2.0 but same crash result.

Interesting. Maybe it has to do with HOS 20.5.0 because I am on HOS 18.0.1 and atmosphere 1.9.5. I didn't update because there was no reason for my games and because the atmosphere devs wrote that since 19.x.x or 20.x.x the available memory they can use for mods has been decreased because Nintendo added some bullcrap service or so.

Dumb question maybe: Did you try different USB ports on your PC?

Not sure if this would help but did you install the NX driver for the switch and implemented the USB3.0 registry file from the hakete or atmosphere creators? If not this is the registry entry to create:

Windows Registry Editor Version 5.00

[HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SYSTEM\CurrentControlSet\Control\usbstor\11ECA7E0]
"MaximumTransferLength"=dword:00100000

This enables USB 3.0 transfer speeds for the switch if it didn't work before.

If nothing helps maybe you should use NS-USB loader until Quark works again for you.
