Can't start a game or install

An error screen appears with Error 2145-0001 Firmware: 12.0.0 Environment: M 0.19.0-master-88dd4147

Your setup

• CFW with version: [ e.g. Atmosphere 0.19.1 ]

• Goldleaf version: [ e.g. 0.8, 0.9 (nightly) ]

• Bootloader: Hekate 5.5.4

Bug reproduction

When I want to enter a game, it appears that I try again through the "home" menu. I wanted to install the game again and it generates the mentioned error

If you downgrade to firmware 11.0.1, it works? It doesn't exists sigpatches yet for firmware 12.
