Add option to switch profile picture of a Switch account to the relevant section in Goldleaf

Feature description

I thought my goldleaf was broken or out-of-date until I stumbled across #196 It would never have occured to me to click on the image directly, specially since there is a "Manage User Accounts" section in Goldleaf

Additional information

If it's too much effort to implement a file picker or something, a simple message box informing end users that they can change the profile picture by clicking on an image in the file manager would be fine too. Just anything to make the feature easier to find :)
