Select file from PC doesn't work with UNC paths
Bug description
Selecting an NSP file from a UNC path should result in an installation, but it does nothing instead.
Your setup

Bug reproduction
Launch Goldleaf and then Goldtree.
On Goldleaf: Explore content -> Remote PC (via USB) -> Select file from PC
On PC (Select file prompt) select an NSP under a UNC path (i.e. "\\192.168.1.2\Packages\Test.nsp")
Additional information
Possible workaround: map a network drive?
Additionally, if Goldtree is behind a maximized window and a "Select file from PC" action is performed, Goldleaf will freeze and Goldtree will stop functioning even if Goldleaf is restarted (requiring you to restart both).
Same problem with Goldleaf / Goldtree 0.8 and latest atmosphere / FW 9.0.1
