add Homebrew Cask for BudgetBudget

please add a Homebrew Cask for the app so one can easily install it and get updates via Homebrew. Maybe this should be done after beta phase is finished, though, depending on how early you want more exposure.

Yeah! I agree and will look into this after stable release.

I don't mind more exposure though, so if you want it now you're welcome to add it yourself.

The homebrew guys ask for a stable version only (if I understand that correctly) Happy to update my PR once a stable version is available. Just ping me.
