Take crate names as arguments

The default mode of operation is to look at all [dependencies] of the current crate. But there is little reason not to allow for searching issues in any arbitrary crate or crates. These could be given as positional arguments:

$ cargo contribute regex futures serde_json

This would be mutually exclusive with --manifest-path, as well as whatever option there will be to handle #4.
