Black Screen

Hello, I Have black screen with my device. I flashed with the factory bin but no screen. So hardware is broken ? Thank you.

I have a similar issue. Regardless of sample app used, after uploading I end up with a blank, black screen.

Using a Mac, so the flash download tool isn't available. Have yet to find an alternate means of flashing the factory.bin to the board.
