"USB device not recognized"

What should i do if when I connect the display to USB, the screen is all black, green light is actively blinking, and PC says USB device not recognized ?

Have you tried changing the USB cable and USB port?

Oh yes :) many times. tried all possible Level 1 and 2 support stuff :)

If not, take a video showing that the device is not working and send it to your seller to contact them for a replacement.
