GSM800 turns off when I shift the load from USB to battery

I have V1.4 of lilygo with ip5306; when I shift the load by just unplugging the USB, the gsm gets turned off, and I either have to restart the whole board or manually turn off the gsm. What can be the problem? My battery is a lithium-ion 5000 mah battery
