Not possible to install it on a Windows 11 with an NVIDIA 4090

I follow all the steps but when I run:

(myDragGAN)PS C:\Users\zaesa\DragGAN> pip install -r requirements.txt ERROR: Could not find a version that satisfies the requirement torch>=2.2.0 (from versions: 1.7.0, 1.7.1, 1.8.0, 1.8.1, 1.9.0, 1.9.1, 1.10.0, 1.10.1, 1.10.2, 1.11.0, 1.12.0, 1.12.1, 1.13.0, 1.13.1) ERROR: No matching distribution found for torch>=2.2.0

Tried everything like:

pip install torch torchvision torchaudio --index-url https://download.pytorch.org/whl/cu122

pip install torch==2.0.0

Nothing it doesn't work.

Also installed CUDA as the page on Pytorch suggests and as some has suggested here but it isn't working.

Appreciate any help!
