Any suggestions on preventing SPAM issue?

Hi all, I have constantly received SPAM issues recently such as https://github.com/XingangPan/DragGAN/issues/343. I would appreciate it if you have any suggestions on how to prevent it. One option is to use interaction limit, but it will prevent others from submitting normal issues as well. Is there a better solution?

Honestly? First time I see this in GitHub, so I would just close the issue and report it/the account.
