Need a dockerfile

It will be a good idea to deploy this project with a docker container.

@FrancescoSaverioZuppichini Hi, I noticed this request and decided to give it a try (just started working with open-source contributions). I would be happy to know your feedback, though the dockerfile itself is very-very basic and probably the PR needs to be amended.
