Breaking changes in TB 121

Describe the bug Breaking changes in TB 121.

• Breaking folder API change, new folderId is now mandatory for all methods.
• ChromeUtils not valid anymore for Services (and probably also ExtensionCommon, ExtensionSupport)
• Stored filters need to be converted.

Addon will not start.

To Reproduce Update the develop branch with the new TB version 121 and compile.

Expected behavior Addon should start and give the right count.

• Architecture: All
• Desktop type / Window Manager All
• Thunderbird version and arch TB 121 32 and 64 bits (and newer)
• Thunderbird package type Mozilla binary
• Add-on version: Git
• App version: Git
