1 - Add support coyote shell

This PR adds support for generating a bitstream containing the FINN kernel inside a Coyote shell.

For now, it only takes care of the HW design side.

This PR is deprecated as it does not contain some fixes and does not support writeable wieghts. I leave it here because the underlying automation code is roughly the same and its a smaller PR.

But this should not be merged.
