vitis_workspace_build.tcl fails with Vitis 2020.1

Dear Xilinx-Team, the script vitis_workspace_build.tcl fails when using recent tools due to version conflicts between Vivado from Vitis 2020.1 and the Vivado the script (and probably some files as well) was based one.

Could you specify the Vitis Version to use and maybe update to the recent version?

Please use Vitis 2019.2.
