I'm wondering what is the meaning of these numbers? What are the coordinates? Thanks.

Hi Qiuhai,

Thanks for your positive feedback. This file contains both horizontal and vertical stripes. For horizontal stripes, you can find the coordinates for the stripe anchors in the first three columns, which are 1kb in size in your case, and the coordinates for the genomic region that has significant interactions with the stripe anchor (i.e., the stripe domain) can be found in the last three columns. For the vertical stripes, you can find the stripe anchors in the last three columns, and the stripe domain in the first three columns.
